Well the first project to pop up in my house was a project my son has had for a few weeks. The background info you need to know: We were in a store, we see a birdhouse, my son wants the birdhouse for his great-gramma, mom looks at tag, birdhouse is WAY overpriced, mom tells son "no way", lightbulb turns on in son's head, he decides to mimic the "homemade looking" birdhouse. So, we buy the supplies for a 6 year old's DIY. Don't ask me where he gets it from. *smirking* You can have your kiddos easily make this too. All it takes is a wooden birdhouse, a few things of paint, foam paint brushes, ribbon, a drawer pull, and any type of stencil, rub on transfer, or rhinestone transfer like we used. What is the random "G" on the back for you ask? Well for Gramma, of course!
Please Note: while Gramma likes REAL birdhouses, this is not one of those. This is only meant to go on display in the house.
